Graphic Designer (Digital & Motion)

To support the next stage of growth, we are looking for a Graphic Designer (Digital & Motion) who will shape how this mission is communicated across digital campaigns and product experiences.

This is primarily a digital graphic design role focused on campaigns and social media content. We’re looking for someone who creates bold visuals, understands digital communication and user behavior, and can bring ideas to life through motion, while also contributing to UX/UI design when needed.

The Mission

Your goal is simple but ambitious: build strong digital campaigns, experiment with motion, and gradually grow into deeper product design work. You will support marketing initiatives and maintain our visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

About the position

Core Responsibilities

70% Digital Campaigns & Social Content

  • Social Media Design: Designing visually engaging content for social media campaigns.
  • Asset Creation: Creating static and motion assets for product and feature launches.
  • Animation: Editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut.
  • Marketing Support: Supporting broader marketing initiatives with high-quality visual execution for web and social platforms.

30% UX/UI Support

  • Flow Design: Designing and improving UX/UI flows within Figma.
  • Web Touchpoints: Supporting the creation of landing pages.
  • Design Systems: Maintaining and evolving UI components and design systems.

What We Look For

  • Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in digital-first Graphic Design.
  • Visual Artistry: Strong visual taste and deep understanding of layout fundamentals.
  • Motion Skills: Confident ability to create short-form video and motion graphics (CapCut or similar).
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable in Figma (components, auto-layout, structured files) and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strategic Thinking: Understanding of basic UX principles, digital user behavior, and attention patterns.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to move fast, work independently, and stay proactive in an agile environment.
  • Bonus Skills: Previous experience with SaaS, digital products, learning platforms, or AI-related projects.
