About the Role
The Partnership Team at Brainster Group connects highly skilled Brainster graduates with progressive companies that recognize that talent plus skills equals more than a candidate — it equals shared success.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing relationships with hiring partners, designing innovative learning collaborations, and ensuring mutual success for both companies and students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with companies, organizations, and institutions to create hiring and learning opportunities.
  • Facilitate talent acquisition by connecting students and alumni with hiring partners.
  • Organize career events, job fairs, and networking meetups.
  • Support learning initiatives by coordinating with internal teams on workshops, mentorships, and training programs.
  • Handle partnership agreements, documentation, and reporting.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine partnership strategies.
  • Serve as the main contact for partners and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide operational leadership for the Partnership team.

About You
 You are:

  • A fantastic communicator and open-minded thinker who challenges the status quo.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a “get-it-done” attitude.
  • Comfortable moving fast and experimenting to drive innovation.
  • Ready to take ownership, learn from mistakes, and help scale partnerships. Strong business acumen is highly required.
  • Marketing-minded, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting people and ideas.
  • (Bonus) Experienced or educated in technology or digital industries.
