Location: Alkmaar

Salary: €14, 06 per hour 

The flower season has started in the Netherlands! And to make a successful season, KMT Solutions is looking for motivated employees to come and join our clients! There are many aspects of working with flowers that you can find suitable for yourself. This includes:

• Order picker Flowers – which includes order picking of various types of flowers that are needed to make a bouquet, preparing orders according to client specifications, and quality checking of the different types of flowers.
• Logistics Employee / Trolley builder – where you are responsible for preparing the products for transport. You build Trolleys with Flowers and Plants according to client specifications. You also keep an eye on the quality of the products.
• Production Line workers – this includes the entire process from growing the plants and flowers up to their delivery to the clients. Some of the activities include flower packing, picking, cutting, stickering, and making bouquets.

Requirements:

• B2+ Command of the English Language
• Previous professional experience with driving, EPT or Forklift is a plus
• An interest in flowers and plants is a plus
• Experience with plants is also a plus
• Physically ready to do the work

• Based on your performance you may choose to move to -21°C department, for +1€ per hour.
