Community & Content Coordinator

Brainster Next College & NU High School Academies

At Brainster Next College and NU High School Academies, they aren’t just teaching tech; they’re building the future workforce. Together, we are looking for a Community & Content Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and relationship building.

This is a high-impact, hybrid role where you will be the face and voice of our ecosystem. Your mission is twofold: crafting compelling narratives that resonate with Gen Z and their parents, and managing our high school pipeline—securing strategic partnerships and converting student interest into enrollments.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. High School Outreach & Pipeline Management

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain professional relationships with school directors, pedagogues, and teachers across Macedonia (public and private).
  • Affiliate Strategy: Lead "affiliate-style" school collaborations, ensuring clear value propositions and tracking systems for referrals.
  • The "Roadshow": Plan and execute the outreach calendar, including career days and high-impact presentations designed to inspire students to join NU Academy or Brainster Next College.
  • Lead Handoff: Ensure a seamless transition from "interested student" to "applicant" by managing referral codes and detailed notes for the Admissions team.

2. Event Ownership & Conversion

  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the organization of Open Days, "Secret Events," and parent sessions—handling everything from landing page registration to post-event follow-ups.
  • Performance Tracking: Set KPIs for every event (show-up rates, conversion) and deliver concise reports to the marketing team.
  • Collaboration: Work with E-mail Marketers and SDRs to ensure no lead goes cold after an event.

3. Strategic Content Creation

  • Brand Voice: Write persuasive, professional, and punchy content for blogs, brochures, emails, and social media. You must be able to switch tones between "trusted advisor" for parents and "relatable peer" for students.
  • Proof of Concept: Package student success stories, project snapshots, and partner company feedback into marketing assets.
  • PR & Media: Coordinate with external PR contractors to write pitches, secure guest appearances, and prepare talking points for speakers.

Who You Are

  • The Relatable Communicator: You can command a boardroom of school directors in the morning and a classroom of 100 Gen Z students in the afternoon.
  • The Content Architect: You have a gift for the written word. You know how to turn a dry update into a compelling story.
  • Relationship-Driven: You genuinely enjoy building rapport and maintaining long-term professional networks.
  • Data-Aware: You don’t just "do events"; you track what worked. You understand conversion funnels and lead attribution.
  • Proactive & Organized: You have a "get it done" attitude toward outreach and can orchestrate multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.

Working Style & Requirements

  • Mobility: Frequent travel within Skopje and occasional travel to partner schools across Macedonia.
  • Flexibility: While we value work-life balance, occasional evening or weekend work is required for Open Days and Parent Sessions.
  • Collaboration: You will be the "connective tissue" between Marketing, Admissions, and the Academic Teams.
  • Experience (Nice to Have): Background in education, community building, or experience with referral/affiliate marketing mechanics.
