Your goal is simple but ambitious: Ensure every B2B client successfully adopts AIatWork, achieves their strategic learning goals, and grows their partnership with us. You are the guardian of the client journey, moving past "support" into true strategic partnership.
About the position
Core Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Adoption Strategy
Own the structured onboarding process for new enterprise partners.
Map key stakeholders (HR, L&D, Execs) and define what "success" looks like for their specific organization.
Goal: Ensure the platform isn't just a tool, but a habit.
- Relationship & Value Management
Act as a consultant, not a vendor. Conduct monthly/quarterly check-ins to co-design value.
Proactively suggest custom sessions, leadership tracks, or specialized programs based on evolving client needs.
- Risk & Churn Prevention
Monitor engagement signals and spot low adoption early.
Coordinate with the Education and Product teams to pivot programs or fill feature gaps before they become issues.
- Commercial Expansion (Growth through Success)
Identify opportunities for upsells, seat expansions, and contract extensions.
Partner with Sales by providing the data and success stories that make renewal a "no-brainer."
- Strategic Feedback Loop
Be the "Voice of the Customer" internally. Feed real-world organizational blockers and industry needs back into our curriculum and product roadmap.
