They’re looking for a UGC Content Creator / Community Builder who knows how to turn authentic moments, voices, and stories into content that people trust, engage with, and share.
The Role
This role is about people-first content. You will build, activate, and grow Brainster’s community presence by encouraging and curating user-generated content, engaging directly with our audience, and translating community energy into social proof and brand love. You will work closely with marketing, admissions, and brand teams to ensure Brainster’s community is visible, active, and heard.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage a UGC strategy across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
- Actively engage with students, alumni, mentors, and partners to spark authentic content creation
- Identify, collect, curate, and repurpose UGC (videos, testimonials, stories, comments)
- Build and nurture online communities (social media, groups, comments, DMs)
- Be present at Brainster events, classes, workshops, and activations to capture real moments
- Moderate conversations, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a positive brand tone
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align UGC with campaigns and launches
- Track engagement, growth, and community sentiment and share insights with the team
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in UGC creation, social media, or community management
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, formats, and creator culture
- Confidence in being behind and in front of the camera when needed
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to build trust and relationships within a community
- Creative storytelling mindset with attention to authenticity over perfection
- Fluency in English and Macedonian (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with education, tech, or lifestyle brands
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Experience managing ambassadors, creators, or micro-influencers
- Familiarity with social analytics and community tools
