Their marketing team plays a strategic role in driving growth across multiple brands and markets, and we are now looking for an Account Manager (preferably from a marketing agency background) who will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) as a trusted right hand.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and coordination. You will act as a CMO Assistant, ensuring that marketing initiatives are translated into clear actions, delivered on time, and aligned across internal teams and external partners. If you are used to managing clients, timelines, and expectations in a marketing agency—and want to move closer to business strategy—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main operational support to the CMO across all marketing initiatives
  • Translate marketing strategy into structured plans, briefs, and timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams (content, performance, design, sales) and external agencies
  • Manage marketing projects end-to-end: scope, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups
  • Track campaign performance and prepare clear summaries and insights for decision-making
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and priorities across channels
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management and partners
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and propose solutions

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role in a marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaigns, and KPIs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strategic Copy/Content writing abilities
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with performance marketing, content strategies, or growth teams
  • Exposure to education, tech, or multi-brand environments
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GA4, or similar
