About the Role
We are looking for a high-velocity, AI-native Content Creator who can produce large volumes of high-quality content across multiple formats and channels. Someone who thinks in funnels, understands audiences deeply, and treats the brand like it’s their own.
This is a role for a proactive, independent thinker — not someone waiting for instructions, approvals, or “perfect briefs.”

Key Responsibilities
High-Velocity Content Production
- Produce fast, high-quality content across formats: newsletters, landing pages, ads, social posts, scripts, blogs, carousels, long-form, and more.
- Create copy, concepts, and content for:
- paid channels
- organic channels
- blog & editorial
- email and newsletters
- LinkedIn thought leadership
- downloadable PDFs
- Repurpose one idea into 10+ formats efficiently.
Full-Funnel Copywriting
- Write with intent across all funnel stages: awareness, consideration, conversion, retention.
- Tailor messaging to different ICPs: students, young professionals, corporate teams.
- Adjust tone and logic depending on audience psychology, fears, motivations, objections, and desires.
AI-Native Content Workflow
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) daily for drafting, ideation, rewriting, and quality improvement.
- Build prompts, choose the right model, and maintain consistent brand voice through AI.
- Turn AI output into polished, human-level content.
Creative & Strategic Ownership
- Proactively bring ideas, hooks, angles, and concepts.
- Identify gaps before anyone asks and propose campaigns accordingly.
- Shape narrative direction instead of waiting for instructions.
Publishing & Operations
- Publish and format content across LinkedIn, email platforms, CMS/blog, landing page builders, and internal workflow tools.
- Manage calendars, pipelines, deadlines, file hygiene, and version control.
- Collaborate smoothly with design, academy, data, partnerships, and automations.
- 10% of the role includes communicating with people who reach out to us.
Performance & Insights
- Read and interpret performance signals (CTR, CPL, open rates, engagement).
- Use data to suggest improvements, optimizations, and scaling opportunities.
- Identify patterns early — what works, what doesn’t, and why.
What You Bring
Experience
- 2–4 years of proven content experience (content marketing, copywriting, editorial, or creative strategy).
- Portfolio of multi-format content (emails, ads, scripts, blogs, landing pages, carousels, LinkedIn posts). Mandatory.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid turnarounds.
Skills
- Strong writing in both Macedonian and English — clean, clear, conversion-driven.
- Deep understanding of ICPs: students, young professionals, corporate leaders.
- Platform fluency across LinkedIn, email, CMS, landing pages, and social channels.
- Ability to read analytics and make logical, data-backed decisions.
- Strong research capabilities: competitor benchmarking, trend spotting, content analysis.
