Your job is simple: Fill the CEO’s and Sales people calendars with qualified B2B opportunities.
The Goal: Generate pipeline to hit 15,000 B2B Subscribers (450 SMBs and 20 enterprise logos) in 2026.

85% Execution: How You Will Fill The Calendar
- Volume & Automation for B2B:
- Build and manage the automated outbound stack (Waalaxy, Lemlist, Clay, Apollo, HeyReach, Hubspot). You will scrape, clean, and enrich data to run high-volume, personalized campaigns.
- Ensure the disciplined use of HubSpot and other tools to capture activity, monitor pipeline, and track progress to plan.
- Enforce growth plans for new and priority accounts (top 25, 50, 100, 250) including expansion targets.
- You filter the noise. You ensure the CEO and the sales people only talk to key decision makers in the organization and prospects who have budget, authority, and a real need.
- The Warm-Up: You execute the long game. You interview the targets for our content, invite them to our Community events, and build the relationship warmth.
- The Handoff: You nurture these relationships until the moment is right, then you set the table for sales people to have great strategic partnership conversations.
- Monitor daily activity levels, pipeline movement, and conversion performance, intervening early where gaps appear
- Gather and communicate customer insights to product, marketing, and content teams to improve value delivery and GTM alignment
- Build a single source of truth for analytics to empower the team with fast, reliable, and actionable insights across all three growth channels.
15% Strategy: Optimization
- A/B Testing: Constantly testing subject lines, "hooks," and value propositions to increase meeting book rates.
- Funnel Analytics: Reporting on "Sent to Meeting" conversion rates. If the Sales People are taking bad calls, it’s your job to fix the qualification criteria.
- Run commercial planning and quarterly reviews for top accounts across key territories and locations,
- Close co-operation with the CEO, SDR and Sales people.
How We Work Together
- The Growth Lead (You): Finds the prospect, warms them up, qualifies the need, and books the meeting.
- The Sales People or the CEO: Takes the meeting, demos the solution, negotiates the terms, and closes the deal.
Who You Are
- You are a Technical Marketer: You know how to scrape data, use APIs to enrich lists, and set up complex email automations. You don't do "manual entry."
- You are a Copywriter: You know how to write damn good cold emails that get replies.
- You are Organized: You manage the CRM impeccably. No lead falls through the cracks.
- You have "Helper" Energy: You are comfortable engaging with people on LinkedIn, being helpful, and guiding them to a booking link without being "salesy."
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in SDR (Sales Development), Demand Gen, or Growth Marketing.
- AI: Advanced AI skills. You know how to build AI agents, automate with AI and build AI systems that will do the boring and repetitive job for you.
- The Skillset: Deep expertise in Lead Generation (not just brand marketing). You must be obsessed with "conversion rates."
- The Tooling: Expert user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools (e.g., PhantomBuster, Clay, Instantly, HeyReach etc.).
- Language: Native/Fluent English is non-negotiable.
