About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-driven, data-curious, and process-minded Growth Operations Specialist / SDR who loves connecting the dots between marketing, data, and growth.
You’ll support two fast-growing education brands — NU High School Academy and Next College of Applied Sciences — by turning raw data into clear insights, manual work into automated flows, and complex processes into visual, trackable systems.
If you’re the kind of person who enjoys creating order out of chaos, building dashboards that make sense of performance, and experimenting with AI tools to improve efficiency — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the CRM: Maintain a clean, structured CRM with automated workflows, integrations, and reports across NU and Next.
- Mid-funnel optimization: nurture and analyze qualified leads to ensure they progress smoothly toward becoming sales-ready opportunities.
- Email Marketing & Automations: Build, segment, and optimize email marketing flows that nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Tagging & Tracking: Implement and manage marketing tags, events, and conversions using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and others.
- Data Visualization & Dashboards: Design and maintain marketing performance dashboards (PowerBI) to track key metrics and share insights with leadership.
- Process Mapping & Optimization: Visualize and document end-to-end marketing and admissions processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.
- Marketing Analytics: Analyze campaign performance, student funnels, and channel efficiency; translate data into actionable recommendations.
- AI & Martech Experimentation: Test and integrate AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Make, Zapier, n8n etc.) to improve workflows and decision-making.
- Data Quality & Governance: Ensure accurate data collection, reliable reporting, and consistent use of metrics across systems.
Who You Are
- Analytical and creative — you see numbers and patterns, but also stories and opportunities.
- Visually minded — you enjoy building dashboards, flowcharts, and visual systems that make complexity simple.
- Tech-obsessed — always exploring new tools, AI, and automation possibilities.
- Proactive and independent — you don’t wait for tasks; you create impact.
- Collaborative — comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, admissions, and management teams.
- Great communicator - You engage your leads by personalized communication that attracts them to get enrolled
- Result oriented - your measure of success is a strong defined KPI that you always aim to exceed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, or marketing automation. Additional experience in sales is highly valued.
- Knowledge of:

- Dashboarding tools (PowerBI).
- Process mapping tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Notion, or similar).
- Understanding of data segmentation, lead scoring, and funnel analysis.
- Familiarity or curiosity toward AI tools and no-code automation platforms.
- Great storytelling and communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
