About the Role
The Partnership Team at Brainster Group connects highly skilled Brainster graduates with progressive companies that recognize that talent plus skills equals more than a candidate — it equals shared success.

As a Partnerships Assistant, together with the team of Partnerships, you will operationally organize all strategic actions to connect the candidates with hiring opportunities. The end-goal is re-shaping the whole strategy of hiring on a national level. Does this movement motivate you? You are the one for us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Coordinator to plan, standardize, and enhance processes for all real projects, ensuring consistent quality and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare, organize, and implement real projects and industry-related subjects in coordination with clients, mentors, and internal teams.
  • Evaluate completed projects from the perspectives of clients, instructors, and students to ensure mutual satisfaction and measurable impact.
  • Assess the quality of students’ practical work against project problem statements and client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, agendas, and logistics, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Ensure that all projects align with the academy’s and college’s educational goals and contribute directly to students’ employability.
  • Gather feedback from clients and partners to identify improvement areas and optimize operational processes.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with instructors, mentors, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Work with the Marketing team to highlight and promote success stories that showcase the value of real-world student and client collaboration.

     

About You

You are:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a “get it done” attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools and platforms to manage projects and communications.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to learn quickly and support a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of business development, partnership management, or marketing concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in HR related field is a great add-on.
