As part of its expansion strategy in Macedonia, SoftNET is seeking a Sales Manager to drive market growth, strengthen client relationships, and extend the company’s strong track record of success.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying and onboarding new clients into the company’s portfolio.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including pre-sales and direct sales activities.
- Conduct B2B sales with both new and existing customers.
- Lead the process of preparing, presenting, and negotiating proposals.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts while ensuring excellent client service.
- Plan, execute, and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Deliver product presentations and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to support business growth.
Qualifications
- University degree (preferably in a technical field).
- Proven experience in sales of IT or telecommunications products/services.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Valid Category B driving license.
