Sales Manager – Local and Regional Market (Hospitality Software)

For our client Thinker POS, who is reshaping the hospitality industry through the innovative software solution ECash Software, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the local and regional market!

ECash Software has already proven its value in markets such as the Netherlands and Germany. Brought to our region by Thinker POS, this solution is simple, fast, reliable, modern, and loyal. It has been successfully implemented in over 50 prominent local hospitality businesses in just two years!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify opportunities for placing ECash Software in hospitality businesses, both locally and regionally

  • Present the company and products to potential clients through direct communication (face-to-face meetings, networking, referrals) and prepare innovative sales approaches

  • Manage the sales pipeline, set goals, and monitor their achievement

  • Negotiate and close cooperation agreements with new partners and clients (with management support for complex solutions)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Product, Development, and Maintenance teams for successful implementation

  • Analyze sales channels and prepare performance reports to support data-driven decisions

  • Represent the company at relevant events to attract new clients

  • Maintain client relationships and leverage satisfied clients as a base for generating referrals

  • Develop a personal, recognizable brand in collaboration with the Marketing and Branding team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing of software solutions

  • Technically proficient in tools like Google Workspace and project management systems

  • Strong analytical and research skills; ability to prepare and interpret reports for strategic planning

  • Fluent in Macedonian and English

  • Category B driver’s license

  • High level of proactivity and initiative

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong results orientation and ability to execute strategies effectively

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and consistent

  • Ambitious and self-driven
