IT Project Analyst

We are looking for an Interim IT Project Analyst to join Shell in The Hague!

The IT Project Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting the business needs of their clients and stakeholders and helping to determine feasible solutions to meet business needs or resolve business problems. This position will give you the opportunity to grow to become an active thought partner and solution visionary who shapes the technology demand and direction in the business community.

You are accountable for precisely capturing business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translating business requirements into functionality. You use a data-based approach and create clear documentation to communicate requirements and related information. You are a strong, agile ambassador and guide business stakeholders to gain acceptance / sign-off despite competing objectives. You have a strong stakeholder management approach, and you bring an innovative approach to current challenges.

The main skills & requirements are the following:

• Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks
• Experience working on Agile projects and educating stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business partners, in Agile ways of working
• Experience in Agile tooling (ex -VSTS) is a must.
• Agile certifications/training preferred
• Understanding systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modeling.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape, including current and future developments and the most commonly available products and integrated solutions.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch would be a great plus.

The position is hybrid, with at least one day per week at the office in the Hague, with 40 working hours a week. The contract will start on 1st March 2023 and last until 31st December 2023.
